Farland Way Big Lunch for First District of Hope

There was a fabulous turn out at Farland Way, L/Derry for the annual Big Lunch, now into its fourteenth year.
Families, friends and neighbours enjoyed an afternoon of music, food and dance, with this year celebrating Derry and Strabane district council becoming the First District of Hope in the UK and Ireland.
Woven’s, Margaret Cunningham partnered with Resilio, North West Community Network and Eden Project Communities to deliver the successful event which focused on Activating Hope and Encouraging Neighbourhood Bonds.
